Currently 4 months postpartum. Had many struggles since birth and suspected a prolapse when I was around 8 weeks pp however had examination and doctor advised it wasn’t. I didn’t trust her as I knew I wasn’t making it up. Now have a bulge at the opening of my vagina and still struggling using the toilet. Don’t have the funds to go private and I’m really over the whole examinations as my self esteem is rock bottom and I just want this all over with. How long will it take to see an improvement with pelvic floor exercises? Please just need some women who have experienced a prolapse as I really am so low

Get back to the doctor ASAP if you're concerned. Unfortunately if you have a problem with your vague they will undoubtedly have to examine you!
I fortunately haven't had a prolapse but my swelling/soreness was well over by 8 weeks pp from memory

Surely there must be more women with a success story?
