Anyone else having problems putting money on their account online?
It keeps saying I'm ' over the limit' and I know I'm most certainly not! I only put on on ten pounds a month usually and play once a month
Tried ringing and didn't get anywhere at all
I only want to add ten pounds , it's usually not a problem ?
Cards are fine etc, nothings changed ! I have under a pound on it at the moment.
Anyone else having problems?

I did try ringing them up and was put through to a ' customer survey ' !

I know you said your card is fine but is it due to expire soon? That may have triggered the message.

Have you checked your account to make sure there’s not a limit set? You can set limits yourself as a way to limit your spend.

When I had problems with the website and called my bank thinking there was something wrong with my account, they said it was because they had blocked the site as a security risk. It still lets me use the app, but the site no longer works for me.

I'd apparently had it set to 10 a week ! Not sure how or why that happened, but I've changed it now and hopefully it'll update soon and work

Update, I've tried to change the amount to 20 a week , but it still isn't updated ..
I did win 30 pounds and that was added on ok
Hope it's a glitch or something and I can add some more funds next week.
I only spend a tenner a month on a few lines , so hardly Vegas levels of spending ! lol
