What would you wear? Sorry - urgent advice!

I have a final job interview today - only it's not really an 'interview' but more a half work day together (paid) and coffees with some of the team.

Having a nightmare - what I was going to wear is wet (black trousers) so need to find something else asap

What would you wear?

Their company is quite casual, think cardigans and jeans. But jeans don't feel right for an interview but equally I don't want to stand out as too formal!?

Agree not jeans. No tumble drier? What are your options?

do you have any dresses with aren't too smart nor too casual?

or whack up the heating and dry the trousers? Recon you don't have a tumble dryer?

@Medee have a tumble dryer but the trousers say not to tumble dry

I have some mocha coloured wide leg trousers, or black cigarette pant style but not really and shoes to go with them

Black wide leg satin/silk trousers which are lovely but maybe too dressy?

How wet? Can you hair dryer/iron them?

What are your options? Dress with thick tights? Other pair of trousers?

If you don't have a dryer, lay the wet trousers on a towel, then fold and roll the towel into a tight sausage. Lay the sausage on the floor and walk on it with your feet. Unroll and it should be dry enough to iron the rest of the way.

Hairdryer! Always works for me!!

Dry the trousers! Iron with a tea towel under until dry

Wear the black cigarette pants with a neat sweater or shirt.
