I feel like I'm loosing myself and I think I'd benefit from counselling or CBT.

I'm getting ads for the liven app on my socials and wondered had anyone any thoughts.

I think it might help and be cheaper than counselling? Is that silly?

I’m getting these adds as well and am wondering the same thing. Anyone here who has tried out this Liven app, or tried out something else that could help?

If anyone is interested I've just tried it.
What a rip off - £20 fir information that is free on the internet
It was very boring
I gave up after lesson 8.
About 20 minutes in.
You also get tricked into monthly subscription- which automatically renews at 45 pound a month
It took me 2.5 hours to cancel it myself
My mental health is now worse than before.

You can do a free CBT course here.

The NHS offers a range of talking therapies, you can self refer, in my area the waiting list is 4/6 weeks www.nhs.uk/mental-health/talking-therapies-medicine-treatments/talking-therapies-and-counselling/nhs-talking-therapies/

Some areas also have online options - lots of places seem to use www.qwell.io

The reviews are bad, looks like a cleverly designed, cynical cashgrab
