My dh has always wanted a bidet, we don't have room for one but I can see various attachment things you can add somehow exist. Anyone have one and is it easy to install?

Yes, but iy only connects off the toilet cistern , so it is just cold. It costs about £15 for the kit and is quick and simple to install. I use it every day. Cold water sounds horrid but it really isnt
I think if you want a warm one you need to get a mixer valve and yake connections from the wash basin tap pipes- a much bigger job

Have a look at washloo.co.uk. They do toilet seats and toilets that wash and dry!
