To as your help with JL gift voucher?

I guess whether I am or not I’m asking hehe.

I received a gift voucher from John Lewis. I bought two items with it but one of them will have to be returned. Will JL issue a new voucher? Or how will I get a refund?

Ps I looked on their website and couldn’t find any info. If you are better than me at finding it please pop the link on here TIA

If you bought it online then I think they refund it to your online account. If it was in-store then you'll get a new gift voucher.

I had exactly that situation and they refunded back on to the original gift voucher
