Wearing shorts and moaning about it’s cold

A guy guessing late 70s was at bus stop. Wearing just shorts and a thin long sleeve shirt. He was bloody moaning about how cold he is.

Well don’t wear shorts then!

Maybe not the case in this instance, but I always think men who wear shorts in winter are just looking for attention. Like they want everyone to think how hard they are. Doesn't really work though when they have a massive north face jacket on too.

YABU he could be a vulnerable adult or have dementia or something. Was he alone?
