None of the others in my household have this? Just me. What is wrong with my leg?

Could it be scabies?

As several have little white heads, (puss?) I doubt they are bites. Could you ask a pharmacist?

Folliculitis? A member of my family had this a few years ago, apparently caused by using a hot tub. Google images certainly show something similar.

They don't look like bites - more of a rash or an infection? I would go and see a pharmacist.

I had something very smilar on my arm and couldn't get to the bottom of it for months - turned out to be an allergy to our new sofa!

Are they itchy? How long have they been there? Do they come and go? Have you been in a swimming pool or hot tub recently or been somewhere humod/ sweaty?

I agree looks more like a rash than bites, possibly with slight infection. I would gently wash the area with warm salty water or mild soap (nothing harsh) and use some hydrocortisone cream to reduce the inflammation. If they itch take an antihistamine or use antihistamine cream.
