Should I quit my job?

I've heard the job market isn't great right now, and I might struggle to find a new position. But every day I go to my current office, I feel so frustrated and down. I believe a bad mood can affect my health. I really want a harmonious and friendly work enviroment.

Look for a new position before quitting if possible. Quit when you have an offer.

If you have savings and could comfortable be without work for a few months then sure quit now

Unfortunately the stress of not having and not finding a job will also affect your health. You might be better changing what you can in order to stick it out while you find something else.

Have you started looking? You might find that is enough to lift your mood to stay on one job until you have another?

Honestly, the job market is brutal right now. I had 20 years of solid employment before covid and have since been made redundant 3 times. This time since April with literally nothing on the horizon.

Don't quit without a new job. Employers will wonder why you've got a gap.

Try to find something before quitting if you can.
