I'm confused. What is the living wage supplement? Should this be a plus not a minus? I will ring next week but just wondering!
Thanks

Were you overpaid the month prior?

Littletreefrog · 16/11/2024 19:10

Is this the first time it has appeared on your payslip? Have you had it previously and it been an addition rather than a deduction? I bet you have had an overpayment at some point.

No it's shown up the last 3 months. There should actually be a rise as agreed for support staff for schools which other staff have had. Odd!

How many hours did you work? If you know that you can work out if you are being paid nmw for your age.

Even if you are I would still ask your HR dept what it is for.

Have you been off sick/on some sort of leave or anything else that would mean you didn't qualify for one or more days?
