To think this is really unprofessional?

I'm sitting in an NHS hospital cafe restaurant and in the cafe are a group of around six Trainee Nurse Associates loudly slagging off nurses and doctors by name saying how awful they are and having a right old gossip. Profanities are used regularly.

Massively unprofessional, but IME totally normal. Once heard a nurse complaining about DM (by name!) whilst queuing in a hospital coffee shop! (It was mid-covid and I figured life was probably shit enough for her without me complaining, as in all honest DM is a nightmare 😂)
