To be feeling stressed and overwhelmed at work

My workload isn’t excessive, and none of my colleagues are particularly nasty. The only down side is late minute requests / projects which can be stressful but overall the workload is very manageable. I have a good deal of freedom to arrange my workday how i want & I am only in the office 2 days a week.
However, I am exhausted and stressed, and dread logging into work in the morning. I don’t understand, I shouldnt be feeling this way.

Anyone else felt similar. FYI - I am a man so it’s not menopause.

How are you spending your time out of work?

Is your time out of work the issue? Your work sounds great.

Yes, I'd be wondering what your life looks like in general as a starting point.

On the surface, this doesn't sound like a particularly bad situation, which is why I'd be wondering what is going on outside of work.

We are moving, kid moving to another school, one kid isn’t too well.

But, I have had roles were I have been worked to the bone, awful environments but I have been ok
