Yes, I'm being a deluded teen.

It gave me a little boost and made me think he might be reminiscing. He probably clicked into it accidentally (we no longer follow eachother) but maybe I'll just stay deluded!

Tiktok. We are both far too old for Tiktok

I would assume he doesn't know how TikTok works.

I recently got caught out on Instagram and double-clicked ('liked') a photo from years ago when I was stalking my hot fitness instructor. 🤦‍♀️

This happened to me and I had a nosey. He was following a bunch of softporn/onlyfans girls. I quickly got the ick

He's a big Tiktok user

It's funny my ex doesn't know that his phone number is linked to his tiktok so he created a whole profile with a fake name a female photo on the profile and everything only for ticktok to show it as his name when they suggest friends 😂 I'm not flattered it's actually creepy but I find it amusing that he keeps trying to spy on me online (so many Instagram profiles over the years)

It would depend which ex. Some of them, I'd block. I've blocked one across his five IG accounts, two of which IG helpfully suggested to me and which I had not known existed. If private accounts with no followers watch my stories, I block them too, assuming it's him.

Another one I've blocked, I wouldn't be too fussed if he made another account to spy on me. I'm not mad at him. He just crossed my boundaries and had to go.

If there's no acrimonious split and they're doing this, I don't know. I have an ex situationship who I message sometimes on insta and he started following me the other day without messaging. I did think, why? Or, why not before? Why today? It does get in your head. Low effort way to make you think of them.
