Yesterday I was walking past the exit from lidl. A woman came straight out not looking left or right and almost hit someone else walking in front of the exit. To clarify there is a pavement of about 10ft which you have to walk on, else walk in the road for the car park or as the exit is on a corner with an actual road next to it, in the highway. Lidl displays stuff there so you have about 5ft of space. You have little choice but to walk on the pavement to get to Lidl, the hotel around the corner or the other stores at the end of lidl.
The woman gave the other person a filthy look. I just blurted out "that was your fault, you didn't look" and carried on. My wife thought I was out of order.
This is just the latest, I pulled up a young man for pushing in a head of a lady in spoons the other day. Someone told a ridiculously stupid lie about being at the sex pistols concert (they couldn't have been as they were about 10 at the time) I pointed that out. If someone doesn't thank me for stepping in the road to let them by or holding a door I say something.
I used to be really easy going and laid back but over the last few years I've really changed and have no tolerance for bs or rudeness...am I unreasonable?
