Looks like a grub of some sort.

ReadWithScepticism · 10/11/2024 07:47

Maggots

lasagnelle · 10/11/2024 07:48

Arrrrrgh that's horrible

ReadWithScepticism · 10/11/2024 07:50

At some point, flies have probably got into your rubbish bin (unless you have a hunk of food waste elsewhere, or a cat or serial killer has left a corpse in your house) . It happened to us a couple of months ago. If you still have the affected rubbish in the bin, take it out to the wheelie bin, change the bin bag. All should be well.

Cappuccinowithonesugarplease · 10/11/2024 07:52

How big are they? Looks too big to be maggots, if it's grubs they're beetle larvae. Not horrible exactly just better of off in the garden :)
Just pick them up and put them outside?

PortiasBiscuit · 10/11/2024 07:53

What we have here is the first scene of a horror film. Burn the house down, salt the ashes and then ask a bishop to pray over them.
