To ask for any vasectomy reversal stories

DP has booked in for his vasectomy reversal next month after a very tormented 6 months of us questioning whether this is right for us.

We both desperately want another child but age is against us (both 41) and his vas was nearly 12 years ago.

We simply can't afford IVF and IUI doesn't seem very successful.

Someone I know had theirs reversed and now has a one year old.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant. My partner had the reversal in May and I tested positive the first week of September.

Yes, a friend had his reversed for his second marriage. He was 50 his wife 40 when she gave birth.

I appreciate this was posted some time ago but we are in a very similar position to you now. Vascetomy 7 years ago and both very early 40's. Wondering how it went for you? Thanks
