To feel like I'm going mad

My DH never admits fault. It's always he's done nothing wrong,
Classic example
Me: you're always on your phone"
DH: I'm just mirroring you

Me: can you never admit you do stuff wrong?
DH: yeah I'm on my phone too much but it's a learned behaviour from you.
Me: you're still blaming me??
DH: why are you making it about you??

I feel like I'm going mad. So much so that I'm asking randoms on Mumsnet. Am I the shit. Sometimes I feel like I need a dictaphone to record convos as he denies saying stuff or twists stuff I've had said.

Not really sure what to do!! Any advice please..

He sounds incredibly immature, more like a teenager.

Ultimately you can't have a relationship with someone who refuses to communicate.
