Anyone else suffering with breathlessness recently?

Hi,

I recently got really unwell with a chest infection (think it was COVID) and now that it's gotten better - I still feel extremely breathless and tired.

Anyone else?

Yes me I'm.better now but i had a cough for about four weeks and was very breathless when walking anywhere .

Me too, 100% sure I caught covid a month ago for the1st time and the breathlessness is THE feature.

If you are short of iron this can happen too. Get some Active Iron tablets and see if it improves.

My partner has been left with long term breathing issues because of Covid. It's treated like a cold on here, but it's very different. My partner finds breathing exercises have helped.

Yep first chest infection in my 40 years of life and wheezing all time after. Now on inhalers and may have e suddenly developed asthma. Pretty sure it was covid I had and this is now long covid. Have heard of others around me having similar
