Hi all

Am really getting the run around from Fedex and Sister Jane. Order has been in Ireland since 24th October and is being bounced from Dublin to Cork to Shannon with assurances that it will be delivered by 'end of day' and messages to say 'my business was closed' (its our house and someone was here all week due to mid term)

Just venting here as they just do not seem to care and I wished I had never ordered from them now.

AIBU - to expect a delivery of a package within 10 days in this day and age..

Have you contacted Sister Jane or FedEx?
I do find it really frustrating trying to raise any issue about deliveries with retailers these days. Had a problem with a John Lewis delivery a few weeks ago and the person I spoke to at John Lewis customer service couldn’t have been more disinterested if they tried and insisted that I must not have heard the delivery driver when there is no way they made any attempt to deliver as it was going to a flat with an intercom system and that did not buzz in the hour they said they were going to deliver in.
I had a different issue with a Sister Jane item that wasn’t their fault. My daughter lost part of an item, a detachable part. I emailed them to see if they could supply me with another and got great customer service and they only charged me for delivery, not the replacement part of the garment. Not much help to you I know but there are certainly are some helpful staff there as I have had contact with them so it may be worth pursuing it with SJ further.

Yes - I contacted Sister Jane - initially by email yesterday and I phoned today and received a follow up email. They seem to take the Fedex line that the 'business was closed' as a fact when in fact there was someone home all day today and yesterday. At no point did the status ever change to 'out for delivery' either day so I don't believe they tried to deliver. They charge €17.50 for delivery to Ireland which is most annoying especially when it is taking 10+ days
