I have a Sony Bravia tv which is six months old. For those six months I’ve been able to watch iplayer, 4od, itvx, and Channel 5 via preloaded apps on the tv.
All of a sudden on Sunday morning (after the clocks changed- could this be relevant?) none of these apps worked anymore. Other apps still work, it’s just the UK tv ones that won’t open.
I did a factory reset and they started working again for a day. But then stopped again the next day. There is no option to delete the apps and reinstall them.
I have turned off location status Use WiFi as some people found that to be an option. I have turned off at the wall for over a minute. And rebooted. Software is up to date.
Model is showing as Bravia 4k VH22 - basically its last years model.
I’ve scoured the internet for help, including the Sony website, but nothing is working.
Is anyone facing the same issue? Please help!
