Hello 👋
Posting here for traffic
Can anyone help me with 70th birthday present ideas for my lovely Mum. Any help would be appreciated.
She loves gardening, swimming, reading. I'm at a loss Blush
Thank you x

Would she enjoy a day out at Gardener's World live? You could book a VIP package, nice hotel etc.
Or membership at a local hotel/Spa with a pool.
My late Mum enjoyed experiences rather than 'stuff' & I got to enjoy them with her.

As someone older than 70 I'd choose; posh chocolates, Victoria Beckham makeup, trendy tops (but not too revealing), cream tea in a lovely setting, day out vouchers, gin, champagne, cocktail set, DM or Ugg boots, earrings I can sleep in as I've got several ear piercings and stuff for my hobbies.

I'd hate to get hand cream, any skin cream, bath stuff, gardening things, slippers or socks.

Are you near London? Afternoon tea at The Ritz is really special )and not at all intimidating!)

For my mums 70th my daughter had a framed print off of 70 things i love about you. It was lovely

She loves gardening though!
Echo the above; garden/garden show visits with you or a like minded friend.
As a gardener, a beautiful rhubarb forcer or a lovely cloche would go down well. I recently was given a lovely little Japanese ( I think) hoe which is very sharp and very useful. I’m also fond of fancy garden string. A fig tree in a pot is nice, though wrong time of year.

For a 70+ birthday I received a spa voucher which I upgraded to a two night stay. It was wonderful and a friend went with me.
We just bought some gardening friends a wooden planter with a personalised plaque on it for a special anniversary.
Does she have a Kindle? I sometimes ask for Amazon vouchers so I can buy more books for mine.
Does she like adventure? How about a hot air ballon ride? A day with seals?
My 80 yr old friend wants to go to Harry Potter Studios for the day.
