i recently had a smear test following a persistent watery discharge. Results showed HPV and low grade dyskaryosis I’ve been invited for a colposcopy in 6 weeks. I read a lot about it and understand that low grade cell changes are not cancer. But I’m worried because I do have this symptom. Has anyone had a similar experience? Can they find out a different (more sinister) result at the colposcopy?
I have a four month old baby and I’ve been having this discharge since the bleeding from birth stopped. I also had some spotting which I just assumed was because of breastfeeding (my periods haven’t returned yet).
