I’m leaving my school soon. I wanted to tell the HT myself as I’d been there a while. I discussed it with my LM and told her first that I got the job. The HT then asked my LM and she’s let it out before I even got the chance to.

I can see why you would want to tell the Head yourself, but if they asked your LM, it's not like they are going to lie
