I am on universal credit and ADP (Scottish version of PIP)
i have been declared unfit to work since I’ve been on it, due to health issues including depression autism epilepsy. Their choice not mine. Please no nasty comments.

universal credit is done via job centre, ADP isn’t. It’s the job centre who rung me regarding universal credit.

anyway. I got a phone appt and i was told i needed a review and to upload photographic id and bank statements. Bank statements no problem but I don’t have photographic id as I don’t drink or smoke, will never be able to drive due to seizures and never go on holiday. I don’t really have any friends my own age and don’t go clubbing. Occasionally go to the pub but they know me and I haven’t been ID’d. My last passport is from when I was a toddler.

so I got called in to show any other ID I had, I showed birth certificate , a hospital letter and my credit card, they wouldn’t take my debit.

ive now been told I need to have another phone appointment. I’m panicking slightly, no idea why. I suppose it’s because I rely on my money. And I’m worried I’m under suspicion for some reason? No clue why as I’ve done nothing lol, just have anxiety

has anyone been in my situ and know why they might be calling me a second time after my last in person appt?

I am 29, no kids, live with my parents. Please no nasty comments about this and bear in mind I have epilepsy which can result in status epilepticus.

I think they ask questions like last few addresses, rent info, children you may have etc we had one and it was called a biographical assessment I think but this was about 6 years ago.
