I have an intimate exam tomorrow and haven’t groomed downstairs since late august.

I really CBA doing my bikini line and extra maintenance just for my doctor tomorrow - please tell me I am not grim if I don’t….

yabu - grim
yanbu - not grim

A million percent don’t bother. They see it all every day. As long as you are clean it doesn’t matter!

I wouldn’t bother. I might trim around the actual opening so they don’t have to rummage around too much to see where the speculum needs to go 😬

I asked the nurse whether I should shave before getting my coil fitted. Her response was 'do what you like love, it's not a date'!

Thanks just what I needed to hear. I am obviously poorly hence the exam and I am really struggling to stay clean let alone groomed!!!

Absolutely no need to do so. Doctors do not care.

Just be clean, that is all that is needed.
