Went to my friends and found a hook up

I recently had two very old friend come to my house, life long friends. We have always gotten together well. We all went out together and my friend picked up a guy at the bar on our second night and basically hung out with him for the remainder of the time. Is this rude? Should I say something? Thoughts as I am very confused.

Why are you confused? You and 2 friends went to a bar and one of your friends met a guy and spent most of the night chatting to him? Presumably she's single and free to do what she likes? I don't see what the problem is unless she brought some random guy back to your house for a shag?

If your friends have purely come to visit YOU, then it is rather rude of one of them to cop off and spend the whole time with some random. In that case, I personally would say something, but as your post isn't that clear, I am rather making assumptions.

Your friends are staying at your house, one of them hooked up with a guy when the three of you went out and now said friend is staying in your home but hanging out with this guy.

Is that what happened? If so, rude, yes. But if this guy is also in your house then that's an entire other level.

Your title says you went to your friend's but then you say your friends are / were at your house. What happened exactly? Was it an overnight thing?
