Chalazion white head - Will it drain?

I have had a chalazion for 3 weeks now, the red bump has now formed a very visable white head and my eye is more swollen. Does this mean it is coming to the end of its course and will drain? It has been a red lump for the last few weeks, not sure what the change in colour indicates. Any advice would be appreciated. This is Miserable :(

I’ve had these, and mine did drain and go away eventually after wheat bag every day. I think it was recommended not to do too much heat? Have a Google. But yes it went after a few weeks.
