I wish I knew what I wanted to ask but actually I'm just in a bit of a desperate mindset with a sad outlook. I've met so many lovely people on here through the years and I just want to say to anyone who may be feeling anything like I am right now that you aren't alone. Love & strength all around. Grateful for this platform. We can do it x

I'm having a shit time at the moment with family stuff that's going round and round in my head @twodoorsup (hence being awake at 3.30am!) I'm also having a nasty flare of my autoimmune disorder.
