Parking in drop off/pick up to shop

I visit the supermarket roughly the same time of the week.

Past 8 weeks or so I have seen a woman parking in the drop off/pick up area and she does 2-3 bags of shopping. Which she carries in her hands to the car. Guessing she’s late 40s-early 50s

There are loads of spaces in the car park.

Do you think that these drop off/pick up areas should only be used it’s intended use (picking up taxi) or to used as this lazy bitch uses it for

Don't you know that these people are far more important than us ordinary plebs and their time is more precious?

I used to work in a supermarket and this happens SO OFTEN. They'd always get nasty if challenged as well so we just left it. In theory there was still space for taxis etc.

I was always tempted to do a tannoy asking for the owner of XXXX XXX car to move it as the space was needed, but again knew that would probably kick things off 😂
