These fucking men (I'm crazy apparently)

2 years ago I swapped numbers with a random guy. He approached me, full of compliments and I gave him my number because he was from the same place I was born (100 miles away).

After a couple of messages it was clear that he was just after a shag. I said no thanks (a bit more rudely than that).

Last night he randomly rings me. At 4am. I work nights so I was awake. I said it was a bit late for a booty call. I was just winding him up because I figured it was a butt dial.

He started angling to meet up. Like wtf. I said no. It's clear we want different things blah blah.

He called me crazy what the actual fuck.

I'm assuming he has a 'list' of women and he's working his way down?! and he's forgotten our previous conversation where I <might have> said I wont be used as a wank sock...

Jesus. If a man calls you crazy before even the first date, red flags all over. Christ.

I think the red flags occurred before his ‘crazy’ comment! Block, delete and on to the next. And Hope whoever the next is, is a little less gross!

First red flag was the full of compliments and hooking you by relating to you on a location. Classic 👌

You’re gonna get hurt if you don’t learn the game quickly.

Random men (not in place it’s to be expected) approaching you is not flattering. Those are the worst type of men, narcissists, criminals, scammers and traffickers. Be careful. I say this with good intention.

Bangwam1 · 16/10/2024 21:10

You are being hunted like prey by men like this. Raise your standards, find your worth internally and look at why you’re susceptible to love bombing. Men can smell this on a woman.

Dweetfidilove · 16/10/2024 21:16

Absolutely no one for whom I'm not an emergency contact would be getting sn answer at 4am. Doesn't matter that I'm up for whatever reason- it's the principle of the thing. Tighten your boundaries.

Block him and what BangWam1 said

Your fault for giving your number out to a random man and then not blocking him after the messaging became unpleasant.

Get your point but I’d say definitely still his fault. Men should be the only ones held responsible for their disgusting behaviour regardless of a woman’s reaction to it.
