I’ve got a small rash on my left breast (inner). Sorry the picture is quite blurry, it’s about an inch.
I know IBC is usually a large rash but my mind is going crazy, because I have bad health anxiety.
I have two young children and one of my biggest fears is not being able to see them grow up.
I’m going to ask for a GP appointment tomorrow, but I’m hoping one of you lovely ladies could talk me down from this panic 😔
