At my work there’s an Upstairs and a downstairs and I’m cover staff working 5 days a week covering lunch breaks for a few hours . A colleague works upstairs and she is the one who does the rota for the lunch breaks. I kept getting out in the downstairs rooms. Am I being paranoid that I think she’s putting me downstairs so she doesn’t have to have me in her room as maybe she doesn’t like me
