Ex and I are currently in the process of signing our agreement that is going to be submitted to court for judge’s approval.
My solicitor said it’s likely the court will list a hearing for us to attend, as the judge will go through the terms of the court order before he signs it off.
I was just wondering, is it jus me and ex attending the hearing or does my solicitor need to be there? The judge will be speaking to us to confirm the order and not our solicitors, I’m just worried about the legal fees.
