Nursery leaving child dirty

Just had to complain to nursery AGAIN that my 2yo was not cleaned properly at nappy changes. Frequently coming home with poo on trousers, and nappy rash.

I rate the nursery for other reasons, so before I do something drastic - wanted to get other's thoughts. I get that there are occasional bad days - but frequent rashes isn't OK, is it?

Have you spoken to them? Ds is 2 and can be a wriggle at nappy change and is prone to loose nappies at nursery but he's never ever left in dirty clothing and is always cleaned properly. What did they say when you raised it with them?

Last time I raised it with them I was told they would make sure it never happened again. Sent another message this morning so we'll see what they come back with
