How much is this going to stink? (Berrylands)

Interested in a house in Denmark Road, near where the Berrylands treatment works are. I think there is also a tip there, it’s behind Athesthan park.

can anyone say how much does it smell, if at all, coming from the works? It was perfectly fine when I saw the house but concerned about summer or different direction winds. Don’t want to buy a house to then have to live with pegs on my nose!

I wouldn't really class that at Berrylands OP - we are about a third of the distance that your house is to the works (ie much closer) and can only smell it very occasionally if the wind is blowing a certain way - hope that helps and all the best!

You’ll be fine there. I lived closer than that before they upgraded the works and never smelled it. You’re more Kingston there. You will be fine.
