To ask if this sounds like peri ?

I just turned 39.
My periods this past year have been on the lighter side.
Last months was weird as came a week early. Now 30 days on I still haven't had another period. So one came early and this one is late. PMS symptoms seem particularly rough as well of late.
Does this sound like peri? I know symptoms can come on ten years earlier but was hoping it wouldn't kick in until my forties at least.....

Do you know what age your Mum started menopause, as this may give some indication of when you’re likely to.
I was 42 when I started to get symptoms.

The fact that your periods aren’t normal (for you) at the minute, I’d go and discuss it with the Dr.

She breezed through it.
My aunt had no issues until age 49 so definitely no family history of early menopause or peri.
