Not sure what to do, 2 year old bumped head, now sleeping

Around an hour ago, my son bumped his head. He was sitting on a child sized chair and somehow managed to fall backwards onto the back off his head. He landed on a thin carpet on a wooden floor.

He cried, we had cuddles and he seemed totally fine.

He hasn't had a nap today, so he's overdue a nap anyway and has just conked out on the sofa.

My gut says he's absolutely fine and just tired because he didn't nap and he also had a late night last night.

But in general it's unusual for him to just fall asleep like that.

He looks fine. I don't really want to wake him up. Is that ok or am I being negligent ?

Why bother to comment with nothing helpful to say?

I'd just let him sleep but keep an eye on him OP Flowers

I just shook him around a bit to see if he'd wake up and he was waking up and just seemed annoyed. I think he's ok.

I'd let him sleep now but keep a close eye for 24h. Any vomiting or signs of concussion call 111.
