Not enjoying new job

I’m not sure what to do. Not really enjoying the new dynamic. I’ve heard colleagues bitch about one another too.. I’m not sure how to stick it out as I don’t feel like I want to go in every morning. I started 3 weeks ago. Just feels a bit tense at times

I have had jobs I've hated. It's soul-destroying to stay. Look for something else.
