To ask her to turn it down?

My neighbours tv is blaring through our shared wall. I can't normally hear it. I'm ill in bed and I want to sleep. Would it be unreasonable to ask her to turn it down? If not, what would you say in a text? I'm not good at these things.

Hi, I'm not well and have a dreadful headache. Would you mind turning down your TV. Thanks

Agree with PP's. We were doing DIY once for a whole day without really thinking about it then our neighbour text something to the above effect so we stopped. Was a little inconvenient but being good neighbours felt far more important than finishing the job that day. We honestly hadn't thought about it till she text. New homeowners and new to living in a semi detached!
