Panicking about my new oven!

Our oven broke yesterday so I've just ordered a new one. Stupidly it didn't even occur to me to measure it! Just looked at the sizes of the current one compared to the new one and it is slightly different. They are both a single integrated electric oven. If there is about 1cm difference all around is that going to make much difference?

or two centimetres if it's all around.

It depends on how big the space is that it's going into.

If the old one is a snug fit and the new one is 2cm bigger then it won't fit.

Can you get the specs for the you just bought and compare to your current? Better yet, get the specs and measure your space.

I've measured the space and the dimensions of the new one. We have a washing machine next to it so we can always move that slightly if needed. This is the specs:

How wide are your end panels on the cabinet beside it?

And is your current hob separate?

@FriYayyy there is only a cabinet one side and the other side is a free standing washing machine. And yes the hob is separate

Who is putting it in & when?

it should fit!!

60cm appliance is the most common, I'd be very suprised if the kitchen installer hadn't left a std gap

One set of measurements is for the oven and the other is the recess size so not comparable.
