What have you had for dinner this week?
I've gone blank and can't think of any nice dinners.

Last night we had courgette and taleggio orzotto and tonight it's sticky sausage tray bake.

Chicken burgers (nice marylands from a butchers) with salad and chips

Last night we had a curry with sides , tonight we are having smoked haddock .

Pan fried pork fillet with chorizo and rice.
Toad in the hole with veg.

Tonight we are having savoury rice with pan fried chicken (because I want to use up some vegetables).

Ooooh I'm using up a bit of AL this week so we've had nicer meals than usual 😋

Lasagna with homemade white sauce, the ragu had lentils, veggies, and mushroom stock.

Homemade bean burgers with crispy smashed potatoes and Greek salad (any excuse to add feta!)

Rice paper dumplings with a mushroomy cheesy center, served with loaded noodles in broth

Homemade frying pan pizza 🍕 with courgette, goats cheese and hot honey 🍯

And tonight... crispy kale salad with the rest of the goats cheese/courgettes, I'm serving with sourdough from the bakers and might also make this creamy butter bean stew I keep seeing on Insta. Definitely followed homemade white chocolate + cherry blondies. May pick up some ice cream on the way back from the school run too 😋

The last of the home grown tomatoes in a sauce with pasta and garlic bread.
Tomorrow will be smoked pork shoulder on the BBQ (as long as the rain holds off)

Our menu this week:

Mon: Pesto pasta with green beans and potatoes
Tue: Good old fashioned bangers and mash
Wed: Thai coconut prawn curry
Thur: Clay pot fish and tofu with rice
Fri: Lamb tagine

A lot of variety! Taking notes.

mon: squash, goats cheese and spinach pasta with pine nuts.
tue: halloumi red onion and courgette with honey and harissa on flat breads.
wed: bean and lentil enchiladas with salad.
thu: lazy oven pizza as I was home late.
tonight: Malaysian chicken curry with jas
in rice.

Is that the marry me butter beans. My sister made it for me recently. It’s so tasty

The night when I was alone in the house I just had two boiled eggs and smoked mackerel with some cherry tomatoes and mini cucumbers.

Tonight we're having myo pizzas, teen DS makes the dough

A bunch of hello fresh recipes:
prawn risotto
chicken and creamy chive sauce

then also:
lasagna
stir fry
chicken curry and rice

Chunky haddock (for him) and vegetable burger for me, homemade chips and home made mushy peas.

And tonight is chicken curry with spiced beetroot and cumin potatoes

Tonight we are having a carpet picnic with jam sandwiches as my 6 year old ( asd) won star of week at school and the reading award so she got to pick. Rest of week has been plain pizza, scrambled egg on toast, beans on toast, pasta and cheese, jacket potato and beans. ( asd kids who like plain food)

Last night was peri peri chicken escalopes with sweet potato wedges and sweetcorn and avocado salsa

@BrimfulofSasha it's actually a coconut cream/butternut squash sauce one from Nats Nourishments. But I loveeee anything with that marry me sauce 😋 Will have to add to next weeks plan!

Here you go. I usually soak them for a couple of hours then dry them and chuck them in the oven then add them to whatever I feel like.
