I might be missing its sheer brilliance but I'm definitely in the 'it's so bad ' category.

AIBU?!

Just watching episode 2 and I'm enjoying it! I travel from Brum to Motherwell every couple of months and was extremely excited to see action at Motherwell station. I need to get out more obviously.

Pretty sure this programme wouldn't make any sense in any other country. The ridiculous complexity of the rail network... The weirdly amateurish "experts"... The obnoxious members of the public...

Whyhaveibeencutoutofmamsnot · 15/09/2024 21:27

I am booked to go to Glasgow tomorrow night - how long does the trip take by coach?

RechargeableGnu · 15/09/2024 22:27

@JWhipple I have seen that!!

I love Joe Cole so I will endure it. Surely can't be worse than the ch5 schlock, that I watch also 😳.

Dennisisamennis · 15/09/2024 22:37

I enjoyed it. I found the most incredulous bit was them expecting us to believe that boy was 4.

BlondeFool · 15/09/2024 22:39

On episode 2. Total rubbish but enjoying it.

Plenty of obnoxious members of the public on the 7.30pm from Edinburgh Waverley about 3weeks ago on Sunday night.

EveryKneeShallBow · 16/09/2024 03:21

Ludicrously awful

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 16/09/2024 07:00

I was on the edge of my seat - I was so worried that bottle of wine would fall off the table...😱

BigDahliaFan · 16/09/2024 07:11

Sooo bad it's good!

I know, I kept shouting "he's not 4!" 😂

Caravaggiouch · 16/09/2024 07:37

Objectively bad but enjoyable to watch!

storminabuttercup · 16/09/2024 07:38

We only managed 4 episodes last night as started too late but really enjoyed it. Bit daft in places but I'm ok with that!
The young lad is 11 isn't he?

Snooks1971 · 16/09/2024 18:51

Searched for a thread on here.
I think the boy seemed younger at the beginning because the Dad on the platform was kneeling down at eye level to talk to his son. Sort of what you might do to much younger kids.

Enjoying it so far, on ep4. Wish she would take that bloody flowery bomber off though 😓

It's horrible isn't it

Allfur · 17/09/2024 16:40

It's a rollicking good ride!

DockLeafDandelion · 17/09/2024 16:43

It’s a good exciting (if far fetched) story. But the dialogue is very dodgy and strange in places. Some of the dialogue is like some campy am dram thing.

Dennisisamennis · 17/09/2024 16:52

I want to know what phones their using, the battery life is incredible! Otherwise it's actually quite enjoyable.

Shortkiwi · 17/09/2024 16:52

The chief woman was absolutely driving me mad last night. She just stood around randomly bollocking the female director and trying to be formidable and intimidating- so cringe!

JustHereWithMyPopcorn · 17/09/2024 16:53

The characters are badly cast and terrible actors that it's laughable. That said I watched three of them last night. 😂

CautionOperatives · 17/09/2024 16:54

So bad it’s good? It’s good Sunday night television- needs minimal mental effort.
