Bought unrestricted view tickets to see Beyonce in May 23 - turned out there was a huge speaker in front of us blocking part of the stage. After endless emails, Live Nation UK eventually agreed to give us complimentary tickets of the same value. Since then I have exchanged over 20 emails with ‘Sean’ in fan support requesting to redeem my tickets to various events promoted on LN’s website. Every time he responds with ‘this is not a Live Nation event’. When I’ve asked for a list of LN events, he says that’s not possible. When I’ve then asked him in exasperation to give me tickets to any concert in London at any time, he said that’s not possible. I’m now thinking ‘Sean’ is actually a bot as my requests are never addressed directly. Does anyone have any advice or experience of dealing with Live Nation UK or have alternative emails/phone numbers I could try as there’s nothing on google. I’ve tried contacting them on X but had no response. It is an incredibly frustrating response to being missold unrestricted view tickets which cost me a small fortune. Quite frankly their customer service is shocking and totally unacceptable. Thanks in advance.
