Bloody stomach bugs

Posting for traffic…Just been woken up by eldest DS to tell me that 3yo DS has been sick (they share a room)

It was everywhere😫 I’m so tired. He’s only been back at nursery for 4 days! Nobody else in the house has been poorly and we’ve not been anywhere so I presume it’s from there. Don’t think I’ll get back to sleep as I’ll be on alert too much. Waiting for everyone else to get it now too🙄

Anyone else awake to make me feel less lonely🤣

Oh how awful, you have my sympathies - there's nothing quite like scrubbing sick out of the carpet at 3am. Hope your dc feels better very soon. And you can get some kind of rest now.

I am also awake after my 4yo dc has woke up- he has started school this week, and, in the very gentle 2 hours a day settling, he has managed to catch a bad cold which is waking him each night. This is night 3 of waking up... 😴

@spiritowl oh no☹️ I hope you manage to get some sleep soon and that your DS gets better soon. They catch everything when they start school and nursery🙄 He seems to be vomiting every half an hour so it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting any sleep! I’m running out of towels🤣

Is it normal for them to be sick every half an hour by the way? He had a stomach bug last year and it was at least an hour before each sick. Same with DS1 whenever he’s had a bug
