Any ideas what this is?

Tried posting on sporner corner but got no responses. Apologies for the photo - it does look a bit rank! Any ideas what this could be?! It’s to the side/slightly below my areola

Yikes! I would say abscess or even a carbuncle. Get it seen before it gets (more?) infected. Also you might want to get tested for diabetes.

Please see your GP urgently with this. Hard to tell from a picture but it looks like there is infection there that needs treating and you might need referral to a breast surgeon if it doesn’t improve or if your GP is concerned it’s not infection.

Thanks everyone, I’ll try and get a GP appointment tomorrow. They’re just not very easy to come by!
