Posting here for traffic (and name changed). Has anyone extended a lease on shared ownership before it hit the 80 year mark?
I am looking for ballpark figures - Housing Assoc can't / won't tell me a ballpark until I have paid for their valuation. I don't want to / can't afford to pay hundreds for a valuation only to find out I can't raise the amount needed anyway.!
Happy to receive PM's if anyone has done this and doesn't want to post publically....I guess the amount would also depend on value of house
