Separated 12 months ago from emotionally abusive ex. Have 2 children 10 & 11. One DC currently doesn't see him.
I asked his permission to take them on holiday next year - European county for 7 nights.
He has refused permission because he won't be able to take both DC on the same 7 night holidays as one of them refuses to see him.
Did MIAM this week but she said just to think about if judge asks why I didn't give him chance to mediate... I don't want to do that as I worry he will agree now and then pull permission.
AIBU to just go straight to court for the Single Issue Order. There is currently only CAO in place.
