Have you tried CeraVe salicylic acid wash?
I would avoid using rough exfoliating products and go for something gentle. I'd also avoid body lotions and use coconut oil if your skin is too dry.

Try cutting wheat out your diet, it helps my skin so much.

Crave SA smoothing cream. It's sorted out the back of my legs and backs of my arms. I dry brush areas before applying. It's also helped DS's backne too. It's expensive at £22 a pot but lasts for ages.

Korean wash cloths or similar are meant to help

I have it on my arms and the only thing that has really helped is to scrub with a Korean wash cloth every day in the bath or shower and then moisturise well.
