Health anxiety I am spiralling

My son has no known allergies
The other Wednesday he came out in hives at 2pm which disappeared soon after then again at the night time
Gave piriton and nothing till the Saturday
Friday he ended up in the walk in centre with Balinitis
He’s had little occurrences of hives, they appear on the trunk area and disappear quickly
He has been given penicillin and no issues

He isn’t ill or worked up, the balanitis has cleared now and he’s had his last dose of Amoxiclav last Wednesday, his skin is however very very dry

Can an infection such as this cause hives that last this long? Should I be giving him piriton regularly to run the histamine out?
I have health anxiety and my mind runs away with me I think the worst all the time and just panic

If the hives have gone he doesn’t need piriton. Get a plain moisturiser like E45 for the dry skin.
Are you having help for your anxiety?

Yes I’m on sertraline. The hives go, then pop up elsewhere.
Hes got a dry scaly rash this morning so I’m thinking that’s contact dermatitis.
