Anyone else Ticket Master Account blocked ?

Tried like lots of people today to get Oasis tickets.... finally got in after 4 hours, no tickets left. Fine.
Went back this evening to look at tickets I have for a different event & my account is suspended?
Anyone else?

Yup, blocked for being a "bot", very frequent occurrence today, looking at Twitter

I have several friends in the same position as well...

And yet the actual bots don't get blocked 🤣

My account did this. I was worried, it sounds silly but I signed out & back in and it seems okay again now.
I expect if it's a common problem it will be sorted soon.

Yep, but tbf I was in the ticketmaster queue at the airport for hours (delayed) then refreshed the page in a different country so I thought it was that..

It can happen if you use some of the privacy settings in safari. I used to get it all the time because of the way my safari was set up but it always worked ok on chrome. I changed my safari settings and it works fine now.

i think it’s something to do with the VPN or website tracking settings, can’t remember exactly what

I can't get to the 'sign out' bit, I'm just stuck on the 'suspended' page. Really frustrating, particularly as I wasn't even looking for Oasis tickets.

I'm apparently married to a bot. I thought he was a real boy.

If you google it says it's 24 hour block so hopefully you'll be able to access your act soon.

Try clearing your history and cookies then try again.

Thanks everyone. Have tried signing out etc, and on a different device as suggested. Can't change my location as suggested, will wait and see if after around 24hrs it clears
